Mehele House (former Brewery)

.jpg.jpeg
Historical site, Historical city centre

Here you see the former brewery of the Spieler family, which was built using the plans of the Munich architects Miller & Hetzel. The architecture is focused around the "Heimatstil" (a traditional local style), with late historicizing ornamental elements. In 1934 Josef Mehele bought this building and converted it into a blacksmith's shop. In 1959 it was enlarged to accomodate an agricultural machinery business.
